Pricing / MVPs and proofs of concept

Your first version in four weeks, at a fixed price

A lean senior team, a written scope and one price agreed before we start. For founders who need something in users’ hands, not an ongoing team.

How a fixed-price build works

You know the price, the scope and the launch date before any work starts.

  1. 1

    Scoping call

30 minutes with the founder on what you’re building, who it’s for and what has to be in version one.

  2. 2

    Scope and price

Within 48 hours: a written scope, a launch date and one fixed price. Nothing starts until you sign.

  3. 3

    Build

A demo every Friday. You test the real thing as it grows, not a slide deck.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

Live on your accounts, with setup notes, a handover call and 30 days of bug fixes.

In every build

  • A written scope and fixed price before any work starts
  • A demo every Friday, so you see progress weekly
  • Every pull request reviewed by a second senior engineer
  • Code in your repositories and accounts from day one
  • 30 days of bug fixes after launch
  • A handover call and setup notes

Not included

  • Hosting, app store and AI model usage fees (paid to the provider, at cost)
  • Custom visual design. Add a product design sprint, or bring your own Figma files and we build from them
  • Features beyond the agreed scope. Swap one for another of the same size, or add it at our hourly rate

Questions founders ask

What’s the difference between a proof of concept and an MVP?
A proof of concept shows the hardest part works, for you and your investors. An MVP is a first version real users can sign up to and use.
What if we want to change something mid-build?
Swap a feature for another of the same size at no cost. Anything extra is added at our hourly rate, and only after you approve it in writing.
Do you design it too?
We build a clean, usable interface from a proven component kit, or from your Figma files. For custom design, add a product design sprint and our designers hand the files straight to the engineers.
What happens if you run late?
The price stays fixed. If we miss the date on work that was in scope, we keep going at no extra cost until it’s done.
Can the same team keep building after launch?
Yes. Most MVPs move to an hourly team with the same engineers, from $45 an hour, or you take the code and run it yourself.
