- Acloe signs it. You get a master services agreement, an NDA and IP assignment to you on payment.
- Where are the engineers?
- In West Africa, working remotely on GMT: a full day with the UK and Europe, an afternoon with the US East Coast. Every engineer has backup power and a second connection, and we check before anyone joins.
- Do we interview the engineers?
- No. We vet every engineer first, then introduce you: profiles matched to your stack and a call to meet them. If the fit isn’t right, we introduce someone else.
- Can we hire an engineer directly later?
- Yes, with a conversion fee set out in the contract.
