How we work

A team you don’t have to manage

What happens after the first call: who’s on your project, how you’ll see progress, and how billing works.

From first call to working code in a week

  1. Day 1

    Call and scope

30 minutes on your product, stack and what’s blocking it. A written pilot plan follows the next day.

  2. Within 48 hours

    Meet your engineers

Every engineer is vetted before they join us, so there’s no interview round. Within 24 hours you get profiles matched to your stack, and within 48 you meet them on a call.

  3. Within a week

    Paid pilot starts

Two weeks on a real slice of your roadmap. You judge the code, the reviews and the communication.

  4. After the pilot

    Monthly team

The same engineers continue. Hours billed in monthly blocks. Scale up or down with 30 days’ notice.

Needs a decision from you

Should reminders go out 24 hours or 2 hours before the visit? We’ve built both behind a setting.

How we keep the work right

The standards every engineer works to, on every project.

Code review

Every pull request is reviewed by a second senior engineer before it merges. Nothing ships unreviewed.

Definition of done

Tests pass, the feature works on staging, and it’s documented where your team expects. Agreed with you in week one.

Your tools, your accounts

We work in your GitHub, Jira or Linear, and Slack. Code never lives anywhere you don’t control.

Security

Password manager and two-factor sign-in for everyone, least-privilege access, encrypted laptops, and access removed the same day someone leaves.

Contracts

A master services agreement and statement of work with Acloe, an NDA, IP assignment, and a data processing agreement for UK and EU clients.

Start with a two-week pilot.
